Our Apprenticeship Programme is open for applications!

We have a long history of successful apprenticeship programmes, (going back to our first one in 1881) and we are now looking for our 2022 intake.

Starting in September 2022, we are looking for the following apprentices:


Neville Joinery-

  • Bench Joiner – Level 3 (undertaken at West Herts College or Barnfield College)

Neville Special Projects -

  • Electrician – Level 3 (undertaken at either West Herts College in Hemel Hempstead or Bedford College)

  • Quantity Surveyor – Level 6 (degree apprenticeship) (undertaken at either London South Bank University or London Westminster University)

  • Site Manager – Level 6 (degree apprenticeship) (undertaken at either London South Bank University or London Westminster University)

Qualifications Required

We welcome applications from 16 years upwards (18 years for degree apprenticeships) but all applicants will be considered on merit.

  • GCSE English and Maths Level 4 (Grade C) or above is a mandatory requirement

  • Must be eligible to live, work and remain in England, within 1 hour’s commute of our head office at Luton

  • Degree apprentices will require a minimum of 104-120 UCAS points, or BCC or BBB at A Level, or BTec’s DMM or DDM

  • Assistance with the submission of assignments and additional assistance as required and time to study within the working week

We expect our apprentices to:

  • Be an ambassador of the company

  • Always be presentable and well groomed

  • Be polite, courteous and considerate to all third parties (including colleagues and customers)

  • Be punctual

  • Wear the appropriate PPE (where necessary)

  • Adhere to all company policies

  • Arrive fit and capable to undertake your duties

  • Adhere rigidly to health and safety practices

  • Complete your studies to the best of your ability
